Survey Project Manager

V3 has a full-time Land Surveyor - Manager opportunity that would primarily work in North West Indiana. This is a Remote position with requirements to be in our Woodridge office for training and other periodic meetings.

Qualified candidates must possess strong interpersonal communication skills, a work ethic focused on meeting clients’ needs as a top professional priority, and an eagerness to learn.

Our Land Surveyor - Manager will sign, seal and produce various plats of survey including but not limited to ALTA, Boundary, Topographic, Subdivision and Condominium Surveys.

General responsibilities include :

• Preparing various land surveys.
• Managing survey projects from setup through completion.
• Bidding new projects and create / write proposals.
• Client interaction.
• Maintain project budgets and collections.
• Assist other Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors with drafting and project preparation.

Qualifications :

• Must have 7+ year land surveying experience.
• Proficient in AutoCad Civil 3D experience in construction calculations / Boundary and Topographic Survey preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills required.
• Professional licensure in Illinois required; Indiana licensure a plus.
