The role of the shift supervisor includes, but is not limited to : Ensuring delivery of superior customer serviceCoaching / supervising employeesCash / cash equivalent transactionsAge sensitive salesInventory and shortage controlsMaintaining a safe environment for employees, customers, and vendorsMaintaining store and lot appearanceFood operationsAdheres to and enforces all company programs, policies, and procedures Pay : $11 per hour Job Type : Full Time (30 + hours per week) Benefits : Anniversary Bonus ($50 every 6 months)Premium Holiday PayPaid vacation after 6 months401k Retirement Plan$0.
