Job Summary :
The Operations Support Specialists position at JFS at Home / JFS Senior Care in Boca Raton, Florida will play a key role in supporting our organization’s HR and staffing functions.
This individual will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, On-boarding, and other HR administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting and developing our employees.
Compensation
This is a full-time, hourly position.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with sourcing and recruiting candidates for open positions within the organization
- Facilitate the On-boarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information and employment status changes
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support in a timely and professional manner
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed
Requirements :
- HR Assistance experience (Preferably in Healthcare setting)
- Strong understanding & experience of recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is preferred
