Creative Operations Production Coordinator

Job Description

The Brand, Content & Creative team is a shared service which supports all five brands of Comoto through photography & video production, creative asset production and brand voice.

The Brand Operations team supports logistics and planning for all production and project related needs for the Brand Content and Creative team deliverables.

If you're the type to always sweat the details, this role might be for you! Our production coordinator will provide pre-production prep, freelance coordination and on set support across multiple teams for Creative & Content.

They will manage intake of requests, communicate progress and coordinate logistical execution for our staff photographer, East and West Coast video production teams and brand operations as we execute in-house original video content, product videos, product and lifestyle photography, and social media content.

This is a hybrid position that will require 2-3 days per week on-site in our Philadelphia office location

Our Creative Operations Production Coordinator will :

Coordinate pre-production, source & prep outfits, props, bikes and models for photo and video shoots.

Manage intake of requests, scheduling and planning on behalf of the Video and Photo teams for the East Coast Production studio.

Schedule production requests using Atlassian software, schedule meetings, manage Photo and Video calendar, track samples via Smartsheets.

Support product video production through scheduling, product prep, teleprompter and shoot notes.

Provide regular project updates to external stakeholders and communicate progress and roadblocks to the content staff.

Be the day to day go-to problem solver for the Media and Content team in a studio setting.

Provide day of production support by anticipating on set team needs, and ensuring that any applicable hospitality items are available for the crew and talent.

Know our freelance network : Coordinate with models to ensure fitment and look matches desired creative aesthetic. Be our booker for tracks, location permits, garages or bike clubs to build options based on product or marketing campaign direction.

Must be solution oriented, someone isn't afraid to make some cold calls to bring a creative idea to life.

Run necessary prep meetings with the team prior to shoots to ensure clarity and efficiency on set.

Maintain and own pre-production space on the East Coast, track samples and support returning gear when productions are completed.

Manage administrative pre-production for our West Coast Production studio as needed, including ordering product, organizing permits, accommodations and any necessary paperwork.

Additional dministrative support for the creative team as needed.

Qualifications

Our next Creative Operations Production Coordinator has :

2-5 years of pre-production, video or photography on-set studio experience in an agency or retail environment.

Experience using project management / tracking software (Smartsheets, JIRA, or Confluence a plus)

Outstanding attention to detail, proactive communication skills and adaptability are a must.

Experience supporting creative talent and freelancers on-location.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.

Strong critical thinking, and an ability to collaborate in a team driven environment.

Proficient in Google Suites

Have the personal transportation to travel to and from the office multiple times a week and on location as needed.
