Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.

- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service and / or call center environment required.
- Experience in health / human services and knowledge of Rhode Island Medicaid and the ACA preferred.
- Strong PC proficiency required.
- High School Diploma required. Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
- Training will be Monday-Friday 9AM to 5 : 30 PM.
- $16 per hour
- Onsite training for 90 days then ability to work from home remotely
