The Project Assistant is responsible forproviding project management support to the Project team. This positionmay include generaladministrative support.

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

RecapandtrackPotentialChangeOrders (PCO’s).

Abilitytopriceupmaterialvouchers.

WriteupandkeeptrackofallRequestforInformation(RFI’s).

TrackcertifiedpayrollforRosendinandallsubcontractorsandfilloutallnecessaryformsthejob requires. e.g., HRC forms, OCIP Compliance.

AbilitytoupdateprojectschedulesonMicrosoftProjectsorSureTrack.

Monthlybilling(ScheduleofValues / Coversheet)

Createandupdatematerialflowsheets.e.g.,FixturesandFireAlarmdevices;Subcontract / Change Order logs; Submittal logs.

Abilitytoobtainquotesfromvendorsandsomelightmaterialordering.

Bachelor’sdegree preferred

Minimum1-2years’projectmanagementsupportexperience,preferablyinaconstruction environment

Experienceinthe constructionindustry

TRAVEL : WORKINGCONDITIONS :

WORKINGCONDITIONS :

Generalworkenvironment-sittingforextended periods, standing,walking,typing,carrying,pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

Noiselevelistypically lowtomedium;it canbeloudonajob site.

Occasionalliftingofupto30lbs.
