- Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage
- Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
- Working on damaged electrical wiring and installing new electrical devices
- Maintaining the building HVAC equipment to keep climate control in the facility functioning properly.
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a maintenance role required
- Plumbing knowledge to address leaks, clogs or other drainage problems
- Electrical wiring capabilities to manage problems with the building's electricity
- Carpentry ability to handle basic repairs around the building
- Groundskeeping of the lawns or other outdoor areas in need of maintenance
- Interpersonal skills to interact with employees of the building in a pleasant manner
- Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building
- Regularly exerting up to 20 lbs. of force and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Bending body downward and forward at the waist.
- Standing for sustained periods of time.
Shift : 7AM 3 : 30PM Monday - Friday
Pay : $20 30 per hour, based on experience.
