Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility in Marion, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, and creating preventive maintenance plans in a manufacturing environment.
If you have a strong background in hydraulics, machine safety inspections, and troubleshooting CNC machines, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Utilize electrical troubleshooting skills to maintain and repair machinery
- Create and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure optimal machine performance
- Conduct machine safety inspections to promote a safe working environment
- Troubleshoot CNC machines, specifically CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
- Work with machine brands such as Okuma, Haas, Mazak, and Murata
Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in equipment troubleshooting and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Hydraulics experience
- Ability to create preventive maintenance plans
- Experience with CNC machines, specifically CNC Lathe (2-4 axis)
- Familiarity with machine brands such as Okuma, Haas, Mazak, and Murata
