A law firm in Irvine, CA, is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Class Action Attorney to advocate for clients in employee misclassification, overtime wage violations, time-shaving, failure to provide rest and meal breaks, and other worker rights violation cases.

Duties :
- Fight for clients to win the largest settlements and verdicts achievable in various worker rights violation cases.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Develop and form arguments and represent clients in wage and hour matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure effective case management.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- 5+ years of experience in Employment Class Action litigation.
- Superior analytical and legal research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations.
- Adaptable with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to reliably commute to or planning to relocate to Irvine, CA (92618).
Education and Certifications :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
