The VP, Product Management - ReSupply

will define and lead the strategy and execution of Brightree’s ReSupply software products as part of the ResMed SaaS portfolio.

This role is responsible for leading end-to-end product innovation processes from ideation through product / feature launch.

Accountable for the ReSupply & Digital Experience solutions and will lead a team of Product Managers, Technical Product Managers in collaboration with technology teams to deliver products to market, develop new revenue generating offering to the highly penetrated market, develop product strategies to gain new market share by managing the full product lifecycle from strategic planning to market release and measurement.

This person will represent a deep understanding of the needs of the customer and the ReSupply market and drive requirements into the product strategy, vision and roadmap.

They will be the face of the product, own the product roadmap and evangelise the product internally and externally. They will be a great influencer and team player while understanding the wider Brightree ReSupply strategy and direction and how it all fits with the global ResMed strategy.

Key activities include :

  • Understand customer and market needs. Contribute customer, product and market knowledge to inform decisions on product vision and strategy.
  • Translate market requirements into technical requirements for engineering teams.
  • Develop and align the ReSupply product roadmap with the ReSupply commercial and product strategy.
  • Participation in face-to-face activities with customers including advisory boards, customer visits and presenting at trade shows.

Let's Talk About The Role

  • Own the strategy development, business case, product roadmap & launch of Brightree’s Resupply software and Customer’s stakeholders experience.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to aid decision making about product concept, strategy, and content.
  • Develop and present regular business reviews and roadmap presentations to customers, internal stakeholders and prospects.
  • Accountable for driving roadmap prioritization with a balance between innovation & non-functional scalability and platform health requirements.
  • Have strong experience in using product management tools, have developed standards to capture requirements and deep experience in roadmap sequencing across ReSupply teams to drive the full value in a standard mechanism.
  • Partner with marketing to develop post launch engagement mechanisms to drive increased usage post launch.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts across product leads to identify and remove impediments to growth and drive high-levels of customer satisfaction / retention.
  • Have heavy experience is launching MVP solutions to the market with the proven ability to monetize and commercialize ideas.
  • Support a robust customer engagement model so that we can get customer feedback on a regular basis, such as through our advisory boards and our community portal.
  • Refine and grow our customer behavioral analytics, descriptive analytics, and AI / ML technologies to leverage data and scientific methods to drive customer outcomes.
  • Evangelize and excite our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and inspire within Brightree - get our engineers, salespeople, and other internal stakeholders excited about our product and our product strategy.
  • Ensure that the context the why behind the work we are doing is well understood across the organization.
  • Collaborate well between Product and Engineering and the entire company.
  • Develop cohesive relationships with other peer organizations : Sales, Marketing, Support, Success, Service Delivery, and Security.

Let's Talk About You Required :

  • Leadership and Subject Matter expertise in SaaS Product Management; you will have spent 10+ years building world-class software products.
  • Post-Acute Care Healthcare, Supply Chain, Consumer Retail industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, engineering, computer science, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Product Management Certification from Pragmatic Marketing, Product School, or a similar product management association.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative business analytics, including ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations with measurable business impact.
  • Strong experience leading teams to build AI ML products.
  • Strong customer obsession : you enjoy obsessing over getting the customer experience right.
  • You earn trust with your direct team and stakeholders : you listen, you are inclusive, you treat others with respect, and you are willing to be vocally self-critical.
