What You’ve Accomplished

You have completed a Bachelor’s Degree, or directly related equivalent experience in lieu of degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields.

You have at least 8 years of closely related experience in Compensation, Benefits, HR Technology, Payroll, or similar area and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

You may have also acquired the following skills :

  • Direct compensation program leadership / management experience
  • Bachelors degree in HR, data analytics, Finance, or related field
  • Demonstrated capability of managing compensation programs and compensation benchmarking
  • Experience in energy sector or technical industry
  • Strong and decisive communicator

As a Lead, Compensation Strategist in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Human Resources Business Line in the Corporate Business Unit.

Your work will include :

  • Lead, develop, implement and communicate Framatome’s compensation philosophy and programs
  • Build a consultative and collaborative relationship with HR Operations, Talent Management and business leaders on compensation programs and initiatives
  • Manage execution and development of strategy, benchmarking, design and implementation of pay practices with collaboration from HR, Payroll, Legal and other stakeholders
  • Manage projects related to current and new compensation programs and / or areas for improvement
  • Interpret and analyze data sets to extract insights, convey findings and implement compensation decisions
  • Research best practices and trends and perform analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing programs
  • Provide internal consulting services on compensation requests and changes
  • Communicate, educate and train customers on compensation pay practices

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $95,000 - $129,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.

Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
