Maintenance Technician

Direct Hire in Hanover, PA $30-$34 / hr

Sign on Bonus of $5,000

$2,500 at 6 months and again at 1 year

Manpower is assisting a well known manufacturer local to Hanover in hiring maintenance technicians to join their team. We are seeking candidates that have both electrical and mechanical skills when it comes to working on production machinery.

Available shift times

Tuesday Friday 5 : 25am-5 : 55pm

Wednesday-Saturday 5 : 25am-5 : 55pm

Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm

Position Responsibilities :

• Position Duties to include, but not limited to :
• Troubleshoots and repairs manufacturing equipment (motor controls, DC / AC drives and controls, frying and baking equipment, sheeters, extruders, temperature instrumentation, burner systems and controls, packaging machines electronic scales, programmable logic controllers) etc.
• Coordinates and completes installation and wiring of manufacturing equipment (pumps, fans, blowers and relay panels, etc.).
• Prepares, coordinates, and implements preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoots and repairs various types of lighting.
• Independently installs conduit, EMT, and sealtite to all equipment.
• Requires knowledge and skills in electrical, mechanical and electronic applications acquired through a minimum of five years of experience.
• Able to read electrical prints and schematics.
• Packaging machine experience preferred
