Our Optimization Services team, part of Commerce practice, connects brands and consumers across all channels. Leveraging a full suite of omnichannel capabilities, we drive revenue and efficiency for brands through both retail and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.

In this position, you will :

  • Lead all sales-related activities on behalf of our brand partners at a multinational retailer.
  • In partnership with the brand, develop and spearhead the Retailer's multi-channel strategy and ensure maximum sales / profitability results.
  • Act as a liaison between our brand partner and Retailer ensuring first class communication.
  • Assist in Business Development initiatives.
  • Lead sales negotiations on behalf of our brand partners.
  • Develop and implement annual promotional / funding strategies.
  • Constantly challenge Retailer with new initiatives + program opportunities that may typically fall outside of the norm.
  • Explore complimentary partnerships + cross department opportunities to help drive incremental sales.
  • Lead all on-boarding efforts for all new brand partners.
  • Suggest and build merchandising options.
  • Manage all skus and lead forecasting, inventory flow and reporting efforts.
  • Coordinate new item set up and imaging process with internal and external partners.
  • Analyze weekly sales data and communicate insights & trends.
  • Understand competitive market data within the category.
  • Constantly analyze brand performance and suggest / execute ways to improve.
  • Participation in weekly company product / brand evaluation.

Basic Qualifications :

Minimum of 4 years experience in sales experience working directly with a multinational retailer.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Strong understanding of Retrail systems.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
