Salary Range : $150,000-$200,000 base plus 0.3%-0.5% equity.
Why is this role important?
As a Growth Marketing Manager at our clients' company, you will manage performance programs (paid ads, referrals, lifecycle email, etc.
and a team of marketing specialists that will grow based on program success and demand.
Whose team will you join?
The Marketing team is responsible for brand and product led communications; attracting customers, and generating leads for conversion through PLG or our Sales, Success and Support motion.
Role responsibilities :
- Scale our current performance programs (paid search, paid social, paid media, referrals)
- Build experimentation framework, analytics, and roadmap for top of funnel CRO
- Own our lifecycle marketing and marketing ops platforms
- Create new performance programs, potentially around affiliates and partnerships
