Our client seeks a dependable Operations Support Specialist who can support their team with technical writing projects. The ideal candidate is detailed but concise and works well independently.
Operations Support Specialist Responsibilities :
- Create, edit, and maintain clear and concise work instruction documents and SOPs to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate technical concepts into easily understandable language.
- Review and revise existing documentation for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Ad-hoc administrative support and projects as requested.
Operations Support Specialist Qualifications :
- Prior technical writing experience highly preferred.
- Familiarity with writing SOPs and / or work instruction documentation a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Process-oriented and highly organized.
