Key Responsibilities
Analyze market trends and client needs to shape the go-to-market strategy
Lead, mentor, and monitor a high-performing sales team while setting performance benchmarks
Design and implement scalable sales processes, tools, and reporting systems
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of sales leadership experience in the TPA industry
Proven success in building and scaling sales teams and infrastructure
Deep understanding of ERISA, 401(k), 403(b), and other qualified retirement plans
Bachelor's degree required; industry credentials (e.g., ASPPA, NIPA) a plus
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and accountability
