Unity Auto Group (Audi Cape Fear, Jaguar Land Rover Cape Fear, Lotus Cape Fear & BMW Motorcycles Cape Fear) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.
This role is pivotal in overseeing our HR functions with a specific focus on managing 401K and payroll processes.

Responsibilities :
Oversee all aspects of Human Resources operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Manage 401K administration, ensuring compliance with regulations, accurate record-keeping, and providing employee support.
Handle payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with current regulations and best practices.
Partner with leadership to support organizational development initiatives and foster a positive company culture.
Requirements :
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably with a focus on 401K and payroll management.
In-depth knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
CDK (Automobile DMS - Data Management System) Experience is a major consideration for employment
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
