The Opportunity :
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive data analysis, generating insightful reports, and tracking KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
They will focus on analyzing the company's entire operational history to support data-driven decision-making and drive continuous improvement!
Responsibilities-
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns : commission structure reporting, variance reports, tracking market trends, etc.
- Develop and maintain KPI metrics and dashboards : custom tracking for specific modes, manage input and monitoring of Client Success training dashboards, team and customer tracking
- Create visualizations and detailed reports to communicate findings to stakeholder : use Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to convert data metrics and create visualizations + detailed reports to communicate with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven improvements : meet with stakeholders to determine process improvement and regular meetings with leadership across all modes at Steam to establish best practices
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes : work with IT on Salesforce / Revenova related changes, manage and maintain visual on new and current sales processes
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience-
- Ability to lead collaborative meetings
- Competency in system improvements
- Competency in Power BI
- Strong knowledge of supply chain movements - brokerage experience or industry equivalent preferred.
- Strong skills in Excel including, but not limited to, pivot tables, data analytics, as well as ability to create formulas
- Thorough understanding of viable data and how that applies to freight spend / management
