Location : Remote, USA

Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $70,000-$94,000 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits / Variable Comp / Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

ABOUT THE JOB

OneStream's Software Instructors must be confident working with a technical and nontechnical audience by utilizing different learning styles, languages, and cultures.

An ideal candidate will obtain a CPM / EPM implementation background with training experience. This position is instrumental in educating our Partners, Customers, and internal teams.

While providing feedback and updates on enhancing content to the relevant team, as well as testing, auditing / mentoring trainers and authorized partners.

This team is proactive, self-learning and ambitious to continuously stay informed on new software features, implementation practices and the product roadmap.

Instructor Led Training is delivered today both virtual and in person. We have training office locations in Michigan and Florida and it would be a preference for the desired candidate to be based close to those offices or otherwise be flexible and willing to travel as and when on-site training is required.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train customers, partners, and employees on how to use the software while understanding the needs of each attendee type
• Conduct Audits and Quality Control
• Conduct testing with Technical Education Consultants to update existing content for new software features
• Facilitate hands-on Onboarding workshops for customers and partners
• Assist with generating new content and classes based on the needs of the audience
• Gain and maintain a thorough knowledge of OneStream and MarketPlace Solutions
• Proactively reach out to additional departments (Services, Engineering, QA, Product Management) to enhance the knowledge and understanding of the product and new features
• Deliver workshops at Splash, OneStream's annual user conference

QUALITIES OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Education, Learning and Development, or relevant experience in a similar field.
• 3-5 years of CPM / EPM experience with any of the following products :
• OneStream Software
• FDM (Financial Data Quality Management) or UpStream
• Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Hyperion Planning
• Hyperion Essbase
• SAP Outlooksoft BPC
• SAP BOFC (Cartesis)
• IBM Cognos
• Or other EPM solutions
• 2 years of technical software facilitation and presentation skills
• Accounting and Finance industry experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Must be fluent in English

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Technical Content Creation
• VB.NET, SQL, C# development experience
