Responsibilities
include, but are not limited to :
- Responsible for full accounting of all activity for multiple entities, including banking activity, journal entries and account reconciliation.
- Prepare internal and external financial statements.
- Interact with investor and other third parties,municating and coordinating regarding reporting received or provided.
- Participate in consolidating financial statement process.
- Special projects requiringplex analysis and knowledge of GAAP and ie tax principles.
Requirements
Required Skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to use various other financial accounting software packages.
- Possess excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and organize assignments.
Required Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field and a minimum of 3 years of financial service or publicpany experience.
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
- Experience in accounting, public accounting a plus.
