Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking an Operations Manager to support our clients team in Durham, NC. This is a full time, onsite position supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Position Title : Operations Manager

Position Location : Full Time, onsite in Durham, NC

Daily Responsibilities :

• Ensure allhosted application software is operational.
• Monitor system performance to ensure optimal application development performance.

Required Years of Experience (min) :

Minimum 7 years supervising technical teams to maintain reliable and available IT infrastructure and services.

Required Degree :

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering or relatedor Four years of related experience may be substituted for the education degree requirement established for this key personnel function.
• ITIL certifications specific to the position are preferred.

Required Experience :

• Experience establishing operational objectives and assignments, and delegating assignments to subordinate managers and staff.
• Experience working on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with Government representatives both orally and in writing.

Required Clearance :

Public Trust at time of award.
