About the Role :
The F&B Supervisor at AC Hotel Kansas City, MO plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant during morning hours and evening hours. This position is responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house activities, managing staff performance, and delivering exceptional customer service to create a welcoming experience. The supervisor will coordinate with kitchen and management teams to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance. Additionally, the role involves training and mentoring team members to uphold the restaurant’s values and operational procedures. Ultimately, the Restaurant Supervisor contributes to the overall success and reputation of AC Hotel.by fostering a positive work environment and ensuring guest satisfaction.
