Custom Data Management – Expert Level - GEOINT

Job Description

Solis Applied Science is seeking a Exploitation Specialist / Custom Data Management Expert Level - with a background in GEOINT related experience to provide interactive presentations to support GEOINT analysis.

Position is located in the Arnold, Saint Louis area.

Required Skills

• Proficient and certified in Python and other object-oriented programming (OOP) language(s).
• Experience with geo-relevant Python libraries such as Pandas and Geopandas.
• Experience using Python to automate tasks and manage complex workflows.
• Demonstrate experience working with relational databases and web development tools.
• Demonstrate experience in database administration.
• Experience with geospatial analysis and manipulating geospatial data
• Experience in acquiring, maintaining, replicating, disseminating, archiving, and conducting media transfers.
• Knowledge of GEOINT products and data, satellite imagery systems and related Information libraries
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating across multiple organizational elements.
• Demonstrate experience developing and implementing process improvements.
• Experience writing and maintaining SOPs, CONOPs, and other process documents.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (versions 2019 and younger), Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Active TS / SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph
• May require to work flexible schedules which may require nights, weekends, and holiday work.

Desired Skills

• Certification(s) in other programming languages
• NGA GPC certification
• Experience implementing machine learning.
• Understanding of Custom Media Generation System (CMGS) and Custom Media NCL Services functions as they pertain to data dissemination processes.
• Experience in connecting web applications to databases, database administration and database systems (i.e. CMGS Website, HTML, Access, Excel, MoW, Oracle)
• Practical hands-on experience with UNIX operating systems, Redhat LINUX preferred
• Understanding NGA’s mission partners, military services, COCOMs, and the Intelligence Community.
• Understanding of collaboration / social software tools employed by NGA (i.e. SharePoint, IC Connect, Cisco Jabber).
• Understanding of NGA’s mission and business process in order to help users solve their problems.
