The Bilingual Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for providing accurate, timely, and helpful information to members, customers, and providers.
They will handle inquiries, complaints, and service reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle complex calls, and the initiative to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
Responsibilities include :
- Handling inquiries related to member services, Medicare, and billing
- Responding professionally to internal and external inquiries
- Initiating contact with relevant personnel to obtain necessary information
- Evaluating data and implementing appropriate action to resolve complaints
- Maintaining performance KPIs for call handling, first call resolution, and member retention
- Ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality policies
Preferred Qualifications :
- Call center experience preferred
- Health insurance experience preferred
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum two years of customer service or healthcare member-interacting experience
- High school diploma or GED
- This is a remote position.
