Job Description :
Hydrafacial is hiring an Inside Business Development Manager who will support sales regions by working directly with Business Development Managers to help manage a territory of HydraFacial accounts and ensure the reordering of consumable products that produce great outcomes for their customers.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :
The IBDM assigned to the region will be responsible for engaging with inactive and low volume accounts (Silver Circle tier) with the end goal of re-activating and graduating those accounts.
As the primary point of contact, will connect with customers via phone, email and virtual meetings to provide business development and marketing support.
As assigned by the Regional Sales Director (RSD), the IBDM will also be the primary point of contact for account management needs of select Silver Circle accounts.
Will be making outgoing calls to prioritized accounts based upon potential and the needs for that region, i.e., geographical outliers and / or accounts the Business Development Manager (BDM) and RSD feel can be well-serviced virtually.
- Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients.
- Develop new sales areas and improve sales through virtual Business Meetings, outbound / inbound phone calls, and via email.
- When necessary and determined by the IBDM and BDM that a low volume account requires an in-person visit, the IBDM will communicate that need to the BDM who will decide how best to provide the in-person visit.
Will act as a secondary point of contact or concierge for Black Diamond accounts. Calls from Silver Circle accounts will take priority over all others.
- The IBDM will keep the BDM informed of all calls, emails and other communication received from Silver Circle accounts and inform IES when additional training and education will be needed.
- Works closely with the BDMs ensuring accounts have full coverage and communication. Attends weekly regional sales meetings to keep informed and provide insight that improves the customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales and IES team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and quota.
- Produces regular weekly dashboards and reporting metrics to track KPIs and related activities, and shares reports with RSD.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory and work with the RSD on special projects such as extended vacancy territory coverage.
Support accounts remotely as needed through resolution of customer complaints or escalated issues.
- Calls to Silver Circle and other assigned accounts are likely to be both outbound and inbound, no travel required. Working hours will be scheduled based upon the assigned sales region.
- Responsible for improving our customers’ experience and delivering exceptional support on a day-to-day basis. The IBDM will be the subject matter expert of all things HydraFacial.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE :
- Licensed Esthetician.
- Account Management experience selling into the aesthetics market dermatology / plastic surgery or selling into high-end resort spas (at least 4 years) AND hands-on training experience using a medical or spa device.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targeted KPI’s.
- Must be fluent in MS Office applications.
- Strong marketing and social media experience are a plus.
- Must have excellent networking skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently.
- Must have incredible passion for skincare and comfort with performing the HydraFacial treatment on others.
- Experience helping medical practices or spas build a business around products is a plus.
