Quality Assurance Coordinator-Lead

Job Description

  • Assist with training, mentoring and auditing of team members
  • Subject matter expert in Quality Assurance (QA) and program processes and policy
  • Lead QA Unit workflow and technical trainings
  • Conduct random case file / record reviews on a monthly basis using computer auditing checklist to ensure contractual performance and company standards are met and report results / analysis to Supervisor
  • Compare business processes with data to identify inefficiencies and potential weaknesses that may cause inaccurate processing
  • Submit ongoing (weekly, monthly, quarterly) QA reports and submit in a timely manner to the Operations Team, Supervisor or Funder (i.

e. Department of Children Families, Department of Health Services, etc.)

  • Present consistent feedback to management regarding areas that need improvement
  • Observe and evaluate internal control procedures
  • Oversee and conduct Talent Development Specialist training on policies and procedures on state requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Services, or related field and minimum two to three year’s work experience in related field, or a satisfactory equivalent of education and experience
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance procedures and federal, state and local coalition laws and mandates
  • Knowledge of computers, data management processes, and knowledge of eligibility determination processes and filing procedures
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel systems, and the ability to learn specialized databases and software
