Operations Specialist
Do possess advanced technical skills using MS Excel to perform the duties as a Temporary Operations Specialist for this fast-paced department?
In this role, you demonstrate your best soft skills to engage with all parties for a positive experience during the financial transaction process between the lessee (pays) and lessor (owns) for this financing company in Wayne PA.
You are handling daily administrative tasks in support of all leasing business agreements due between all parties of lease contracts.
As a great communicator and team player, you work closely within this fast-paced department to ensure your support within the team meets all departmental goals
What You Will Do
Answer basic questions related to the quote and net investment quotes upon request.
Distribution of requests to appropriate re-marketers accurately and timely.
Responsible for management of team e-mail box including timely distribution of all requests.
Reconcile unapplied cash to ensure accurate posting and accounting
Process check applications, and terminations, continue to bill, and consignments accurately and timely.
Open, review, and document all incoming mail in a timely manner.
Gather, distribute and report on all correspondence including but not limited to basic contract and vendor information. Send cancellation rejection letters depending on lease criteria
Answer all overflow calls as presented by phone queue. Must be able to handle heavy volume at times as well as answer basic lease questions
What You Need
- 1-3 years experience within an equipment leasing environment.
- Local candidates must reside within 50 miles of Wayne, PA.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Microsoft Office experience to include a basic understanding of Word and Excel necessary.
What's In It for You
- $22.00+ hourly pay
- 3-month Temporary, with the possibility to extend or convert to company
- 3 days / week onsite required for the first 3 months of employment
- After 3 months of employment, 2 days / week onsite is required
- Required in-office day fluctuates for the team
