- Ensuring fit / form / function of existing and new products.
- Participate on product teams to resolve performance and customer related issues; propose product enhancements, opportunities for standardizations, and cost reductions.
- Supports project execution between development and plant manufacturing as an impartial 3rd party with the expertise to balance risks between business demands and product assurance.
- Work actively with Product Engineering Strategic Intentions
- Leading and organizing projects / tasks with cross-functional groups
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in development, product, or process engineering
- Mechanical Engineering or Physics Degree, or higher in Engineering discipline
- Good problems solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- High initiative, able to work with a minimum of direction, and able to work in team environment.
- Strong Preference for Optical Fiber Component Experience

5 years of technology, development, and manufacturing engineering experience
This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $90,378.00 - $124,270.00 assuming full time status.
Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
