Siemens Global Business Services(GBS) Hire to Retire (H2R) team in the US is searching for a BusinessProcess Analyst H2R Digitalization Specialist to join our Hire to Retireprocess optimization and digitalization team.

The primary focus of this role isto drive the optimization of H2R processes by leveraging your deepunderstanding of current and emerging digital technologies such as cloudcomputing, data analytics, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and more.

Specialistsmust be able to assess processes of an organization, understand thecapabilities and limitations of different technologies, and recommend solutionsthat enhance business processes and overall efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have astrong background in H2R processes (payroll, workforce management, workerreadiness, equity services, AskHR) and a passion for leveraging digitalsolutions.

In addition to technical proficiency, exceptional customer serviceskills are paramount. As a champion of customer satisfaction, you will bededicated to delivering unparalleled experiences, ensuring that GBS remains thepartner of choice for our customers.

This position will be based out of our Orlando, FL office, with aflexible hybrid work model allowing you the autonomy that suits your lifestyle.

Area ofResponsibility :

Digitalization

Possesssystem and technical knowledge across various platforms, demonstrating theability to adapt and learn how to address business challenges with new tools, i.

e.,artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, business process managementsolutions and robotics.

  • Leveragelow-code and no-code platforms to design, build, and maintain applications,workflows, and automation solutions.
  • Partner withtechnology solution providers to ensure the solution sufficiently addressescustomer pain points. Translate business requirements to technology teams.
  • Manage the developmentof solutions built on applications and technologies such as KNIME, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Tableau, AI, Natural Language Processing models, Chatbots, RPA, etc.

ProcessOptimization

  • Collaboratewith cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps, non-value-added steps, andother impediments to efficient process operation.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies tostreamline processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuousimprovements.
  • Apply analytical techniques to gather,document, and interpret business requirements, processes, and objectives.
  • Perform data analysis to find rootcauses of performance issues and identify key value drivers for processimprovements and solutions.
  • Perform time studies, cost benefitanalysis, workload allocation analysis, capacity planning and operationalperformance analysis.
  • Design future-state processes,leveraging digital technologies, to enhance operational efficiency to reducecosts.
  • Use critical thinking andproblem-solving to look for creative solutions to business problems.

ProjectManagement and Collaboration

  • Create project plans with critical milestones that support projecttimelines and objectives. Employ Agile mindset and approach where appropriate.
  • Support the progress of all phases of projects from initialopportunity analysis through implementation and value contribution monitoring.
  • Meet personal deadlines and ensure personal deliverables are ofhigh quality.
  • Ensure clear understanding of supervisor’s expectations, managetime efficiently, and take ownership of tasks with a keen sense of pride andaccountability.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree from anaccredited university
  • 5+ years ofexperience in process design and digital solution implementations, using dataanalytics for process improvement
  • Proficiency inlow-code development
  • Working knowledge ofplatforms such as RPA, Tableau, AI, Natural Language Processing models,Chatbots, etc.
  • Proven skill inindependently developing using tools such as KNIME, Power Automate, PowerApps,PowerBI
  • Understanding ofLean / Agile methodologies and their practical application
  • Travel will berequired. Estimate up to 10% to support projects when needed

PreferredQualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in businessadministration, Management, Information Systems
  • Knowledge of theservices offered by GBS Business Lines
  • Experience in H2Rtools such as Fusion, Workday, CHCM, ServiceNow, SCD, SOM

  • Capability to workindependently, manage time efficiently, and take ownership of tasks

You’ll benefit from :

The payrange for this position is $81,130 - $139,080. The actual wage offered may be lower orhigher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills,qualifications, and premium geographic location.
