Job Description

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Business Analyst in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.

Position(s) will be based at global Army training site in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Performs comprehensive analysis and evaluation of project requirements, prioritizing critical aspects in alignment with project goals.
  • Supports assessment of potential project impacts related to maintenance schedules, training exercises and deployments, CTC operations, maintenance and logistics data collection shortfalls, and inventory stockage and serviceability.
  • Conducts budget and lifecycle cost analysis to track and manage expense and performs risk analysis associated with the TADSS obsolescence program.
  • Responsible for initiating process improvement initiatives using feedback from TADSS users; participates in CM documentation and analysis.
  • Analyzes data to inform decision-making and support efficient resource allocation and assists with cost-benefit analysis and market research for the Technology Refreshment process.
  • Collaborates with other analysts across the contract.
  • Ensures cost-effective execution of technical tasks that underpin training and support services for TADSS and GFP to contribute to strategic objectives.
  • Provides data and analysis to assist regional and site leads in the execution of their duties.

Minimum Qualifications

10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field;

or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI or Secret security clearance.
  • It is required that the Business Analyst has the following qualifications :
  • Experience performing comprehensive analysis and evaluation of project requirements, prioritizing critical aspects in alignment with project goals
  • Experience conducting budget and lifecycle cost analysis to track and manage expense and performs risk analysis
  • Experience collaborating with others to compile data and analysis
  • Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making and support efficient resource allocation and assist with cost-benefit analysis
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with Bachelors; 1 year of experience with a Masters; or minimum of 7 years experience with high school diploma or equivalent
