BioPharma Resource Groups, LLC (BPrg), is a premier provider of clinical and scientific

competitive intelligence resources for cancer and cardio-metabolic drug developers worldwide.

Our business units, Oncology Resource Group (ONCrg) and CardioVascular Resource Group (CVrg) are growing and looking for an Account Executive with a passion for sourcing and cultivating new business prospects.

While BPrg is based in California, this is a fully remote role, with occasional travel to key medical conferences.

Role Description :

Self-motivated sales executive : Dedicated to meeting sales goals and driving the

sales cycle from lead generation and warm prospects to proposal, contract negotiation, and closure.

Consultative seller : Solid communicator and active listener with persuasive verbal and written style; able to deliver engaging emails, phone calls and presentations to uncover clients’ pain points and demonstrate how our solutions provide value.

Product Expert : Sustained interest in developing deep knowledge of our products and the solutions we bring to biopharma.

Relationship builder : Capable of cultivating valuable partnerships through email, phone, and in person at

key conferences, documenting activities in a CRM to manage client and prospect communications.

Qualifications

Ideally, the candidate will have :

• BA / BS degree with a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, pharma, or biotech
• High motivation with a drive to hunt and win new business using a consultative sales approach
• Reliable follow-up skills to maintain and advance proposals in both short and long sale cycles
• Solid communication skills; active listener with a persuasive verbal and written style and high attention to detail
• Ability to travel to conferences 3-4 times per year
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
• High level of emotional intelligence and strength in building professional relationships
• High level of integrity : trustworthy, honorable, dependable, honest, and kind

Compensation

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, plus OTC.
