This is a part time position - position is from 7am - 12 : 00 noon or can be 3 : 00 pm to 8 : 00pm / 5 days a week

The is a "flex" position with availability in North Wales, Hatfield and Harleysville.
This position requires someone who has an upbeat personality, remains calm under pressure and loves answering the phone. The ideal person should have a genuine interest in helping people, answering questions and being busy.
This individual must have attention to detail and be able to work independently. You should have a strong passion for marketing, sales and customer service.
This person will enjoy talking on the phone while maintaining patience at all times. Excellent communication skills are a must.
Tasks include : answer phones, scheduling appointments, direct phone calls appropriately, follow phone scripts, give directions, scheduling and moving patient appointments, completing spreadsheets, using online faxes and being able to work in a team environment.
