Core Responsibilities

Administrative Oversight : Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are adequately stocked and readily available.

Oversee the organization and tidiness of the office environment to foster a productive workspace.

Process Enhancement : Develop and refine office procedures to optimize administrative workflows, contributing to increased efficiency and productivity.

Implement new systems and processes that support the growth and operational needs of the company.

  • HR & Billing Support : Assist with basic resource tasks, including onboarding logistics and employee documentation, as well as supporting billing activities like invoice preparation and collections efforts.
  • Executive Assistance : Provide direct support to the executive team, helping manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prepare essential documents, thereby enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Communication and Coordination : Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring messages are relayed promptly and accurately.

Facilitate smooth communication flows within the team and with external partners or clients.

Multi-tasking and Prioritization : Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize
