Your Role as a Dental Hygienist

As a Dental Hygienist at Tend, you’ll provide top-tier preventive care in a modern, thoughtfully designed studio, supported by a dedicated dental assistant through our Team (Assisted) Hygiene model. You’ll manage a well-booked schedule of patients, equipped with the tools, systems, and support necessary to deliver clinical excellence and outstanding patient experiences. Competitive Compensation : Enjoy a competitive hourly rate with the potential for monthly bonuses based on production, with top-earning hygienists making an additional $10 / hr in bonuses. We prioritize transparency and support to help you thrive — no surprises, just opportunities!

What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, oral cancer screenings, and more, all aligned with evidence-based clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a dedicated dental assistant to optimize your schedule and support patient care.
• Partner with dentists for hygiene exams to recommend treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Proactively drive hygiene production by maximizing chair time and supporting same-day treatment opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with patients through clear communication and personalized education.
• Work closely with the broader studio team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education opportunities and peer collaboration.
