What we’re seeking :
Join our Talent Management Talent Operations team as a Talent Operations Program Manager. In this capacity, you'll oversee the program management and strategy of Talent Management and Operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely execution.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll develop and implement strategies, monitor metrics for effectiveness, and propose enhancements.
Based at our Dallas headquarters, you'll lead company-wide Onboarding, Awards, and Survey initiatives, to name a few. Our opportunity in Talent Operations is in serving our Talent Management peers and clients across the business.
In this in-person role, you will be required to report to 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX to complete your work responsibilities.

What you’ll do :
As part of the team, your role is comprised of three parts :
- 30% focuses on program managing major operational initiatives, reporting & data analysis, and building both business cases & executive summaries
- 20% involves managing and supervising the Frontier Onboarding Strategy, including process, events, and touchpoints
- 30% involves managing and supervising the Frontier Survey Strategy, including process, events, and touchpoints
- 20% is dedicated to co-managing and overseeing Awards and the Talent Management portions of each
Here, you will :
- Oversee the program management of Frontier’s Onboarding Strategy initiative, ensuring alignment
- with organizational objectives and timely execution
- Oversee the program management of Frontier’s Survey Strategy initiative, ensuring alignment
- with organizational objectives and timely execution
- Organize the planning and execution of Onboarding events, overseeing all logistical aspects
- Partner with Employee Impact Groups (EIG), ensuring partnerships across our Onboarding objectives
- Lead company-wide Survey Strategy & Employee Listening initiatives, overseeing the partnership with our Survey Strategy vendor
- Monitor, analyze, and evaluate metrics and industry trends to gauge effectiveness, recommending enhancements as needed

- Salary Range : $57,000 to $177,000

What background you should have :
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project / program management and utilizing project / program
- management tools and software
- 5+ years of direct involvement in companywide initiatives related to DEI and employee experience
- Proven track record in leading programs from conceptualization to execution, including establishing
- program requirements and utilizing data for evaluation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with individuals at all
- organizational levels
- Outstanding presentation abilities in both large and small group settings
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining reliability and
- trustworthiness
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
