Restaurant General Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities :
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume restaurant operations management
- Monitor and manage restaurant expenses, including labor, food, and supplies
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including hiring, scheduling
- Address customer complaints and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial management
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
