This job is a member of the Accounts Payable Team within the Finance Division.

What You'll Do

• Performs data entry of invoices directly into SAP
• Performs uploads of payable items into SAP
• Performs identification and validation of vendor to be paid
• Performs audit of approvals to ensure compliance with Resource Approval Policy
• Performs scanning and indexing of invoices and AP documents for visibility to broad user group
• Responds to e-mails in group e-mail box
• Performs a variety of other functions / ad-hoc projects as assigned to achieve the department / company's goals and business objectives
