LHH is seeking an HR Generalist to cover a maternity leave for a client in Carmel, IN. This would be a 4-5 month assignment with potential for permanent hire.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of HR experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Exit Interviews : Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights from departing employees. Analyze trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  • 60-Day Reviews : Coordinate and conduct 60-day reviews for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding process and address any initial concerns.
  • HR Data Analysis : Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights and support decision-making. Prepare reports on key HR metrics.
  • ADA Compliance : Ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Provide guidance and support for accommodations and accessibility.
  • Leadership Development : Assist in the development and implementation of leadership development programs. Support the growth and development of current and future leaders.
  • HR Projects : Support various HR projects and initiatives. Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to achieve project goals.
  • New Manager Training : Develop and deliver training programs for new managers. Provide ongoing support and resources to enhance managerial skills.
  • Workday Management : Manage and maintain employee files in Workday. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar HR position.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Experience with HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with ADA compliance and accommodations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
