Job Description
Penino and Moynihan is seeking to hire an Associate Attorney to join its growing New York practice group in its White Plains, New York Office.
This is a full-time position with the possibility of a HYBRID SCHEDULE.
Responsibilities include :
- Managing a caseload under partner supervision;
- Drafting motions and status reports;
- Regularly handling court appearances and depositions.
Qualifications :
- J.D. from an accredited law school;
- Admitted to practice in New York; Connecticut admission is a plus;
- 2 plus years' experience litigating insurance defense cases in New York State courts, including handling depositions;
- Strong organizational, time management, writing and interpersonal skills are required.
Work Location : Hybrid schedule possible
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $100,000- $160,000 per year
