First Western is seeking an Training and Development Coordinator to join our team!

You will work closely with our Human Capital (HR) team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do :

  • Support Training & Development Lead, Instructional Designers, and other Human Capital associates with various administrative functions, projects, and assignments.
  • Serve as primary administrator for Learning Management System (LMS) and other platforms and events.
  • Responsible for ongoing training tracking and roster management. Track weekly progress on all active programs.
  • Participate in managing First Western's wellness program, which includes ongoing training and wellness challenge events.
  • Build and maintain the company-wide training calendar. Serve as first point of contact for associate questions related to Training & Development workshops, programs, and initiatives.
  • Provide production support for all in-person Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and virtual training (vILT) offerings.
  • Provide support at New Hire Orientation, including gathering candidate survey feedback, traveling logistics, and day of administration.
  • Assist with Professional Development Program (PDP) activities as needed (i.e. : recruitment events, LinkedIn Learning, final project support, program promotion, etc.).
  • Act as direct contact for vendor relationships such as Value Selling, Moody's, Kolbe, Crucial Conversations, etc.

What You Bring :

  • Teaching or training facilitation experience preferred.
  • Experience with LMS administration preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
