As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-touch support owning calendar, travel booking, expense reports, and special projects.

About the Job :
- Conduct projects and research-based tasks as needed for the Executive and their associated team.
- Compile meeting materials and agendas, compose, edit, and finalize documents, spreadsheets, and ad hoc written material with fine attention to detail and accuracy.
- Create and edit PowerPoint presentations in addition to researching talking points for meetings.
- Provide general administrative support with a special emphasis on calendar management, international and domestic travel booking and planning, and invoicing / expense reporting tasks.
- Systematize calendars and schedules to accommodate ever-changing agendas, commitments, and travel accommodations; plan and execute travel itineraries with the ability to anticipate and resolve potential changes.
- Collaborate with other administrative support team members and departments to best support leadership.
- Create expense reimbursement forms, invoicing documents, and various financial document tracking spreadsheets.

About You :
Career Executive Assistant. You possess ten years of prior Executive Assistant experience, preferably within the C-suite.
You know how to monitor changing priorities. Bachelor’s degree required.
- Trustworthy. You handle sensitive or confidential information like a pro.
- Perceptive. You are excellent at anticipating your executive’s needs and possess high organization and strong judgment.
- Executive judgment. You have superior understanding of when to escalate tasks or troubleshoot.
- Resourceful. You’re an active learner and highly skilled working across MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Team player. You’re approachable and always in the right mindset to get the job done and ensure everyone has what they need.
- Proactive. You understand changing priorities and adapt quickly.
