Salary : $50,000 / year

dgs is currently seeking a top-notch account coordinator to support the account management team and provide excellent client experiences.

Please note that qualified candidates must currently reside in, or be in the process of relocating to, the Indianapolis area.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Maintaining momentum - You’ll keep projects moving by working with internal colleagues, client contacts and contracted vendors.
• Manning the gate - You’ll tackle a wide variety of incoming tasks, while recognizing and passing along those that need the attention of senior team members.
• Being the face of dgs - You’ll build relationships with a broad range of client contacts and become a trusted resource who has their confidence.
• Facilitating the flow of information - You’ll be a nexus of data, connecting and passing along needed information among multiple internal departments, clients and external resources.
• Planning and prioritizing - You’ll work with the rest of the team to outline, schedule, prioritize and manage incoming projects from clients.
