As a claims administrative support specialist , you'll play a vital role supporting our claims branch offices. In addition to ensuring essential administrative functions run smoothly, you may also interact with customers and medical providers by phone or in person when applicable.
Must-have qualifications
- High School diploma / GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year of administrative or clerical support experience
- OR one year post-secondary education
Preferred skills
- Proficiency using office equipment
- Proven organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and quickly switch duties
- munication skills with the ability to work in a team-environment
- Customer service and follow-up skills
Schedule : This position is an in-office role . During training, your schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm.
After training, your schedule may shift depending on business needs.

- Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based onpany performance
