Key ResponsibilitiesManage a diverse portfolio of Enterprise customer accounts and guide clients through post-sale onboardingConduct regular proactive customer meetings and create success plans to align customer strategies with the company's solutionsAnalyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and ensure customers have a seamless experienceRequired Qualifications6+ years of proven Customer Success Manager experience, with at least 4 years in a XaaS Enterprise businessExperience in managing complex customer accounts and driving solution adoptionUnderstanding of network security, data security, or insider threat security conceptsAbility to build and maintain relationships at all levels within customer organizationsExperience in analyzing data to drive new outcomes in customer experience
