Unit Description
Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for Holy Family Hospital at Merrimack located in Haverhill, MA . In this role, you will report to the Food GM, and be part of the leadership team overseeing a team of frontline staff.
The Manager will support all patient related food services. In this role, we need an individual who is able to be available for a varying schedule, including some closing (approx 8pm) and mid-day shifts.
Holy Family Hospital is a 310-bed full service, acute care hospital with two campuses located in Methuen and Haverhill, Massachusetts.
Both locations provide comprehensive inpatient medical / surgical units, outpatients, and 24.7 emergency services, including eICUs, behavioral health units, cardiac telemetry and critical care service lines.
Our Haverhill campus offers all private rooms and our Methuen campus offers a new state-of-the-art catheterization suite and joint Center of Excellence named as a Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Distinction+ Center for Knee and Hip Replacement.
The successful candidate will :
- handle daily patient meal rounding, interacting with patients and nursing staff
- collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience
- perform tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation and tray accuracy
- maintain effective communication with patients and families to ensure high satisfaction level
- ensure our Sodexo CARES (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Enthusiasm and Service) behaviors are followed daily

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
