Job Description : Veeva Technical Analyst

About the Role :
The Veeva Technical Analyst is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of Veeva applications. This role requires an individual with in-depth knowledge of Veeva configuration and customization, as well as technical skills to handle system integrations and data migrations.
You will collaborate with various teams to provide technical solutions, resolve system issues, and ensure system scalability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Configure, customize, and optimize Veeva applications to meet evolving business requirements.
- Design and implement system integrations, ensuring data accuracy and smooth cross-platform interactions.
- Conduct data migrations, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining operational continuity.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather technical requirements and propose solutions.
- Provide technical insights and support to project teams, ensuring that Veeva solutions are in line with business needs.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, configuration changes, and user guides.
- Test new system features, patches, and upgrades before deployment, ensuring stability and functionality.
- Monitor system performance, identifying potential areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Candidate should have prior Life Science project experience in GxP environments
- Veeva Vault Platform Certified with 5+ years of experience in a technical role working with Veeva Systems, with a strong focus on configuration and customization.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations and data migrations, ensuring seamless transitions between platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, or other Veeva products, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing systems for scalability and performance.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, delivering technical solutions to meet business objectives .
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create technical guides and maintain accurate records of system changes.
Requirements
- Experience in cloud-based systems, including AWS or Azure, for Veeva integrations.
- Knowledge of Veeva APIs, and other technologies used for Veeva system enhancements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an Agile development environment.
