About theRole :

TheVeeva Technical Analyst is responsiblefor ensuring the smooth operation andoptimization of Veeva applications. This role requires anindividual with indepth knowledge of Veeva configuration andcustomization as well as technical skills to handle systemintegrations and data migrations.

You will collaborate with variousteams to provide technical solutions resolve system issues andensure system scalability andefficiency.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Configurecustomize and optimize Veevaapplications to meet evolving businessrequirements.
• Design and implementsystem integrations ensuring data accuracy and smooth crossplatforminteractions.
• Conduct datamigrations ensuring data integrity and systemperformance.
• Troubleshoot andresolve technical issues minimizing downtime and maintaining operational continuity.
• Collaborate withbusiness and technical teams to gather technical requirements andpropose solutions.
• Provide technicalinsights and support to project teams ensuring that Veeva solutionsare in line with businessneeds.
• Develop and maintain systemdocumentation including technical specifications configurationchanges and user guides.
• Test new systemfeatures patches and upgrades before deployment ensuring stabilityand functionality.
• Monitor systemperformance identifying potential areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhanceefficiency.

Qualifications :

• Candidateshould have prior Life Science project experience in GxP environments
• Veeva Vault PlatformCertified with 5 years of experience in a technical role workingwith Veeva Systems with a strong focus on configuration andcustomization.
• Handson experiencewith system integrations and data migrations ensuring seamlesstransitions betweenplatforms.
• Indepth knowledge ofVeeva Vault Veeva CRM or other Veeva products with the ability totroubleshoot and resolve systemissues.
• Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with a focus on optimizing systems for scalability andperformance.
• Proven ability towork in a collaborative crossfunctional environment deliveringtechnical solutions to meet business objectives .
• Strong documentationskills with the ability to create technical guides and maintain accurate recordsof system changes.

Requirements

• Experiencein cloudbased systems including AWS or Azure for Veevaintegrations.
• Knowledge of VeevaAPIs and other technologies used for Veeva systemenhancements.
• Familiarity withAgile methodologies and working in an Agile developmentenvironment.

Experience in cloud-based systems, including AWS or Azure, forVeeva integrations. Knowledge of Veeva APIs, and other technologiesused for Veeva system enhancements.

Familiarity with Agilemethodologies and working in an Agile developmentenvironment.
