We specialize in decks, siding, windows, roofing, solar installations, kitchens, and bathroom remodels.
We are looking to add 3 experienced Sales Professionals to our team. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality craftsmanship, innovation, and personalized service.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualities :
- Experienced sales person, home improvement and solar sales is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work within a team to encourage others to strive to meet company goals.
- Ability to take initiative and self manage.
- Customer service and follow up skills.
- Punctual with a passion for providing unrivaled customer experiences.
- Someone who is searching for a long- term career within the industry.
- Effective communication skills
- Comfortable using multiple platforms of technology.
- Attention to detail
- Maintain an organized and efficient work load.
- Critical thinking skills
- Able to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with stressful situations.
- Negation skills to effectively close sales and maximize sales opportunities while maintaining profitability.
This job is for an outside salesperson and is 100% commission paid. Our individual sales members make an average of over $200,000 per year.
