Responsibilities :
- Work on Cell Film Process Development.
- Contribute to developing deep sub-micron generation-worthy and low cost processes.
- Own process development and related tool issues for specific films and processes.
- Incorporate processes into corresponding process flow for application in high density advanced memory parts primarily including 3D NAND applications.
Minimum Requirements :
Employer will accept PhD degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics or related technical field.
