JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead our critical efforts in defending against DDoS attacks and enhancing bot detection and mitigation strategies. This pivotal role involves steering multi-year strategies to safeguard our e-commerce platform, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Machine Learning, AI, and Large Language Models to innovate in cybersecurity. You will be collaborating closely with industry-leading experts and teams across the organization to ensure the security and integrity of our digital presence, maintaining customer trust on a global scale.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to combat bot and DDoS attacks across the company's retail websites.
• Implement a multi-layered defense strategy, coordinating traffic management across various network layers.
• Drive collaboration with AWS and industry partners to identify and mitigate emerging cybersecurity threats.
• Spearhead the integration of ML, AI, and LLM technologies into our cybersecurity framework.
• Lead cross-functional teams, establishing processes and coordination for release schedules and program management.

Must have Skills

Industry Experience Required :

Prior experience in e-commerce or technology sectors with a focus on cybersecurity is highly preferred.
